Can I combine my Birthday Rewards with Welcome Rewards?

No, Birthday Rewards cannot be combines with $25 Welcome Rewards. However, you can combine them with other rewards.

Can I combine rewards with other promotional offers on the site?

No, rewards cannot be combined with any other promotional offers on our site. Since rewards are considered a promotional offer themselves, you have the option to choose either the rewards or another promotional offer, but not both simultaneously.

Are there any items excluded from the rewards program?

Yes, rewards are excluded from certain items. Specifically, rewards cannot be applied to Verified Luxury (LePrix) items.

Earning Points

Why don't I see my points added immediately after my purchase?

Points may not appear in your account immediately after your purchase because we currently have a manual process for adding points. This process can take 7-10 business days to reflect in your account.
