Shipping & Returns
Purchases made on shoppostoak.com may be returned or exchanged within 7 days of receiving your order. The return shipping rate will be deducted from the refund amount (not inclusive of original shipping fee) plus an $8 restocking fee will be deducted from refund total to cover shipping. We do not refund shipping charges unless we have sent an item in error.*Shipping costs, shipping protection and redeemed rewards are non-refundable. All sale items FINAL SALE and do not qualify for returns or exchanges. Depending on the situation, some sale items can qualify for an even exchange only. All swimwear, Fine Jewelry (14k &18K gold), Fashion Jewelry, special or customized orders, Verified Luxury (LePrix), swimwear, undergarments and beauty items are FINAL SALE and do not qualify for return or exchanges. Fine jewelry, verified luxury (LePrix) and eyewear are shipped insured, and a signature is required upon delivery.
The Shops at Post Oak does not process or ship orders on weekends or holidays. Order are fulfilled Monday to Friday and shipped within 2 business days.

Our guest service team will process your refund or exchange within approximately 2-5 days of receiving your return. Once your return has been approved, an email confirmation will be sent to you. If your product does NOT meet our return requirements, an $8 shipping and handling fee will be deducted from your refund. Please note, your banking institution may require additional days to process and post a refund transaction to your account.
Damages or Defective
Damage or defective products must be reported within 5 days of receipt to be eligible for replacement. Please send an email to shoppostoak.com with your order number and detailed photos of the defect and we are happy to help.
Lost or Stolen
Lost or stolen shipments must be reported within 5 days of delivery date to be eligible for replacement. Please send an email to shoppostoak.com with your order number and detailed description of issue and we are happy to help.
Update Address
Customers must provide accurate shipping information. Incorrect addresses can lead to extra fees or delays. You have 15 minutes to update any errors. Once the order is with the courier, no changes can be made, and we won't replace the order. Please double-check your address and order confirmation. Landry's Inc. may correct invalid addresses but won't reimburse for address errors.

Pick Up In Store
In store pick up service is available for pick up within 24 hours. A “Ready to Pick Up” email will be sent to the original email once the order is ready; order can be picked up anytime during store hours. Only the person who placed the order is eligible to pick up the order and must show a valid government issued ID. The name in the order must be the same as ID.
