SHIPPING
All orders are processed pending credit card verification and item availability. One of our team members in 29 North will contact you via email with any issues regarding your order.  
All orders are shipped via"
FedEx Ground - to arrive within 3-7 days of your ship date and based upon destination. 
FedEx 2 Day - to arrive wintin two days from your ship date.
FedEx Overnight -   to arrive the next day by 10pm from your scheduled delivery day. 
Fine jewelry and eyewear are shipped insured, and a signature is required upon delivery.  
The Shops at Post Oak does not process or ship orders on weekends or holidays. 
 
PICK UP IN STORE 
In store pick up service is available for pick up within 24 hours. A “Ready to Pick Up” email will be sent to the original email once the order is ready; order can be picked up anytime during store hours. 
Only the person who placed the order is eligible to pick up the order and must show a valid government issued ID. The name in the order must be the same as ID.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY 
Returns and exchanges are allowed within 14 days of original purchase, with items remaining in their original and unopened packaging. Items must also be in new, unused condition, with all tags attached. Items purchased on sale/discount/promotion, merchandise that has been altered, and special/custom orders are not eligible for return or exchange. Any items that arrive damaged when we receive them are not eligible for a refund. We do not refund shipping charges unless we have sent an item in error. All swimwear, Fine Jewelry (14k &18K gold), and PRE-AUTHENTICATED LUXURY items are final sale. Please email shoppostoak@ldry.com for return and exchange requests.  
 
SPECIAL ORDER/CUSTOMIZED ITEMS 
For any special or customized inquiries contact us via email shoppostoak@ldry.com. If available for order, the process will take between 4-6 weeks. All special orders or customized are not eligible for return or exchange. All items will become final sale. 
 
PROMOTIONS 
The offers are non-transferable and may not be combined with other promotional offers or discounts. Must use one code at a time. 
 
SALE ITEMS 
Items purchased on sale are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange. 
 
SALES TAX 
The Post Oak Experience has a responsibility and is obligated by law to collect sales tax on orders shipped to U.S. jurisdictions that charge sales tax.
