We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or unforeseen circumstances.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Incorrect addresses may result in additional fees or delayed delivery. There is a 15 minute period to update any incorrect addresses. However, once your order is picked up by the shipping courier, we are unable to make any address changes and will not be responsible to replace order. Please ensure you check your address carefully and review your order confirmation once your order has been placed. Landry's Inc. reserves the right to make corrections to invalid addresses and will not honor reimbursements if an address error is made.
7. Returns & Refunds
Returns and refunds are subject to our Return Policy.
Items must be returned within the specified time frame and in their original condition.
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method, excluding shipping fees.

13. Sales Tax
The Shops at Post Oak has a responsibility and is obligated by law to collect sales tax on orders shipped to U.S. jurisdictions that charge sales tax.
14. Landry's Select Club
Earn Points: To earn points, simply enter your LSC number on the "Cart" window. If forgot to enter LSC number, email us at shoppostoak@ldry.com with your Landry's Select Club account number. Taxes and shipping are excluded form earing points. Earn 1 point for every $1 spent. After your account balance has reached 250 points you will receive a $25 reward. Points will be credited to your account based on all pre-tax purchases, excluding shipping, and promotional discounts and will post to your account within seven business days from the date of purchase.
Redeem Points: To redeem your Rewards, simply email us at shoppostoak@ldry.com with your Landry's Select Club account number and amount wanting to redeem.
15. Digital & Printed Promotions
All promotional codes (digital or printed) will be activated after:
1) All items stated in the promotion are added to the cart in the correct quantities and combinations. Refer to the text on the promotion.
2) A purchase minimum has been met. Refer to the details of a specific promotion.
3) Correct code entered in the promotional field at check out after items are added to the cart.
All offers are non-transferable and may not be combined with other promotional offers or discounts. Must use one code at a time. No adjustments for prior purchases.
