Jewelry Care Guide

Metals: Gold & Platinum
Both are precious metals that can scratch easily. Avoid contact with hard surfaces and other jewelry. Clean with warm water and a soft brush, then dry with a soft cloth. Gold can be professionally polished or rhodium plated—contact us for service.

Pearls & Opals
These natural materials are sensitive to chemicals, dryness, and heat. Avoid contact with cosmetics and extreme conditions. Clean gently with a damp or soft cloth. Opals may lose water over time, affecting weight and iridescence—this is natural.

Diamonds & Gemstones
Diamonds are durable but can chip with strong impact. Emeralds are sensitive to temperature changes. Rubies, sapphires, and other gemstones should be protected from hard surfaces. Clean all with warm or room temperature water and a soft brush, then dry with a soft cloth.
