Can I modify my order after submitting it?
Once an order is placed, you cannot apply changes or modifications. Contact us at info@twenty9north.com to modify, change your order within 15 minutes of order placement.
What if I entered the wrong address?
Contact us at info@twenty9north.com immediately to modify your order within 15 minutes of order placement. Please note that once order is shipped, orders cannot be changed, replaced, or refunded due to address errors. Landryβs Inc. may correct invalid addresses but is not responsible for any costs. Shoppostoak.com cannot accept liability for incorrect shipping addresses. It is the guest's responsibility to ensure the accuracy of the shipping address at checkout, and any costs associated with a replacement shipment will be the guest's responsibility.
How long does it take to ship my order?
The Shops at Post Oak does not process or ship orders on weekends or holidays. Order are fulfilled Monday to Friday and shipped within 2 business days. Orders placed on Friday, including overnight shipments, will be processed and shipped the following Monday.
How can I track my order?
Once shipping label is created for your order, you will receive the shipping notification. There, you'll find a tracking number and a link to the courier's website for real-time updates.
How do I cancel my order?
You may cancel your order within a limited time frame. If you wish to cancel, please email us as soon as possible. Once the package has been picked up by the carrier, we are unable to cancel the order. To request a cancellation, email us at

Do you offer international shipping?
Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Shoppostoak.com accepts returns and exchanges for items purchased directly from our website. Returns must be made within 7 days of the delivery date. For more details, view our policy here.
How do I ship my order back to you?
To initiate a return/exchange, please email info@twenty9north.com or call us at (346) 227-5129 to request a return shipping label. In order to complete this request, you will need to provide the order number, quantity, and items wanting to return or exchange. For more details, view our policy here.
What items are eligible for a return?
- Items must have original packaging
- Items must be in unused condition
- Items must have all tags attached
- $8 restocking fee is required
*Fine Jewelry, Fashion Jewelry, Verified Luxury, Beauty, Undergarments, Swimwear, Sale items, and Special/Custom orders are FINAL SALE. Damaged items received are also not eligible for a refund. We do not refund shipping charges unless an item was sent in error.
*Upon receipt of returned goods, Landryβs Inc. reserves the right to deny a refund or exchange including shipping fees if the merchandise does not meet the return policy requirements.
How fast is a return processed?
Our guest service team will process your refund or exchange within approximatelyΒ 2-5Β daysΒ of receiving your return. Once your return has been approved, an email confirmation will be sent to you. If your product doesΒ NOTΒ meet our return requirements, you will not be reimbursed. Please note, your banking institution may require additional days to process and post a refund transaction to your account. Contact your banking institution for their policies.

How do I know when my order is ready?
A notification email will be sent when your order is ready for pick up.
What do I need in order to receive my order?
In order to receive your order, please bring your order confirmation sent via email and valid government-issued ID matching the name on the order.

Can LSC members earn points shopping on shoppostaok.com?
Yes, you can earn 1 point for every $1 spent. After your account balance has reached 250 points, you will receive a $25 reward. Points will be credited to your account based on all pre-tax purchases, excluding shipping and promotional discounts, and will post to your account within seven to ten business days from the date of purchase. Can LSC memeber redeem $25 Birthday Rewards?
LSC members can redeem a $25 reward on pre-selected items prior to the 15th of the month with Landry's Retail on selected dates. Birthday Rewards Offer redemptions are non-transferable and cannot be combined with any other offers or promotions. $25 amount will be applied to a total purchase, excluding sale taxes and shipping fees.Β Accrued points will be posted to your account within seven to ten business days from the date of purchase.

No, Birthday Rewards cannot be combines with $25 Welcome Rewards. However, you can combine them with other rewards.
Can I combine rewards with other promotional offers on the site?
No, rewards cannot be combined with any other promotional offers on our site. Since rewards are considered a promotional offer themselves, you have the option to choose either the rewards or another promotional offer, but not both simultaneously.
