Our guest service team will process your refund or exchange within approximately 2-5 days of receiving your return. Once your return has been approved, an email confirmation will be sent to you. If your product does NOT meet our return requirements, you will not be reimburse. Please note, your banking institution may require additional days to process and post a refund transaction to your account. Contact your banking institution for their policies.
Damages or Defective
Damage or defective products must be reported within 5 days of receiving the item to be eligible for replacement. Contact us with your order number and detailed photos of the defect.
Lost or Stolen
Lost or stolen shipments must be reported within 5 days of delivery date. Contact us with your order number and detailed description of issue.
Update Address
Customers must provide accurate shipping information. Corrections must be made within 15 minutes. Once shipped, orders cannot be changed, replaced, or refunded due to address errors. Landry’s Inc. may correct invalid addresses but is not responsible for any costs.

Orders are available for pickup within 24 hours. A “Ready for Pickup” email will be sent to the original email once the order is ready. Orders can be collected during store hours. Only the purchaser may pick up the order and must present a valid government-issued ID matching the order name.
